1. No Return / No Exchange/ No replacement
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges or replacements once an order has been delivered or placed.

Change of mind

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

* Duplicate payment or duplicate transaction

No refunds will be issued for Ordered products.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy
